The Nail & Gear is the official flag of Hello Internet. It was selected by the Tims in the podcast's flag referendum; the votes were counted and it was announced as the winner in "H.I. #53: Two Dudes Counting". After the election, Flaggy Flag, another candidate in the referendum, gained support from a large number of Tims, becoming the unofficial "rebel flag" of the podcast.
