She plays the character Hannah in Rooster Teeth's live action comedy series, Crunch Time. She studied Drama at the Tisch School of the Arts, at New York University. Jessy splits her time between Los Angeles, California and New York City, New York.

Jessy is best known for her role as Sophie Parker in the online web series, Anyone But Me, a role that earned her a nomination for an Indie Soap Award for Breakthrough Performance.
Her other notable credited roles are Farrah in Graves and Melanie in Hindsight.
