A battle at the Altar

Having destroyed a group of monkey-lizards the group examines the remains of the a small trading group. After a bit more searching the group finds a handy haversack. Torq at first thinks bag is eating Orems arm but Randus convinces Torq its ok.
As the party goes deeper into Black Oak wood they start seeing warnings about the Void Cultists which the Grey Veld Band had warned them about in the form human and elves skulls hanging from the trees.
As the group approaches compound they hear chanting as the group comes up to the building the they see five cultist and there leader drinking out of a silver cup. Its at this point all of the cultist look right at the group of heroes. As Torq and the step out from underbrush. The leader of cults then crushes silver cup causing all the other cultist to killed and replaced with horrible glass humanoid scorpions lunar monsters.
