Reginald is the first lantern archon Orem Rivendorn, Torq, and Randus Duthane met on arriving in Sha-Lai. At first, he appeared to be one of the lamps in the Golden Vinyard, only being conspicuous due to the uneven spacing between himself and the proper lamps. Reginald proved to be an invaluable asset to the party in the Golden Vinyard, able to provide them with an abundance of information about the city and the recent voidish activity.
