Episode is a narrative unit of an important play or documentary, television or online or radio production. Episodes can even be part of a specific topic, such as a life episode or a dramatic episode. The word is derived from the Greek word ἐπεισόδιον (episode), meaning the material contained between two plays or odes in a Greek tragedy.
It is also the name given to each "episode/audio" in a podcast broadcast.
