Born on March 12, 1982 in Chicago, Illinois, he was later raised in Fort Lee, New Jersey. When registering with the Screen Actors Guild, Samm added the extra "m" to his name due to another Sam Levine already being registered in the SGA.

Career[edit | edit source]

Samm is known for his roles as Neal Schweiber in Freaks and Geeks and Private First Class Hirschberg in Inglourious Basterds. Samm also makes numerous other appearances on film and television.

He acts as a regular host and sidekick on the online podcasts, Kevin Pollak's Chat Show and Doug Loves Movies.

Samm was voted 99th in VH1 's Top 100 Child Stars in February 2014.

Within Rooster Teeth[edit | edit source]

Samm plays Connor in Rooster Teeth's FIRST series, Crunch Time.

He also makes an appearance as a contestant on Rooster Teeth's gameshow, On The Spot.
