Buff Buddies
Buff Buddies is a series documenting the workout regimes of Meg Turney, Josh Flanagan and Zach Anner, who're all attempting to reach different goals in terms of exercise over 16 weeks, with each week they will rate their performance and keep a sort of video journal discussing how their week had gone in terms of diet and exercise.
The series was sponsored by Onnit, who would provide personal trainers and access to their gym to aid them in completing their goals.
Each week, the three would pick some members from the community who they thought did the best job of documenting their own workout and those that were chosen would recieve prizes from the Rooster Teeth Store and the Onnit store.
